Cornelia graduated from Wellington College in 2022 and has been increasing her knowledge to improve her skills and understanding of the body. She has taken additional training in cupping and fascial techniques. This session can be for relaxation or treatment to reduce pain using a variety of specific techniques such as trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, advanced musculoskeletal techniques.
