Ignite Massage Therapy

Michelle graduated from Wellington College in 2022 and loves to see people experiencing the benefits of what massage has to offer by relieving those pain spots or helping you relax. She has taken additional specialized training in pre-natal massage and infant massage. This session can be for relaxation or treatment for pain relief using a variety of specific techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations and advanced musculoskeletal techniques.
