Michelle graduated from Wellington College in 2022 and loves to see people experiencing the benefits of what massage has to offer by relieving their or helping them relax and rejuvenate. Sh has taken additional specialized training in pre-natal massage. This session can be for relaxation or treatment for pain using a variety of specific techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations and advanced musculoskeletal techniques.

This session is 60mins includes receiving the knowledge and hands on learning on how to perform a full body massage on your baby. These techniques are tailored to aid your infant without overstimulating their nervous system. These massage techniques are tailored for baby’s ages 3 weeks - 12 months old. Learning these skills will help improve your baby’s sleep, help their digestion, support the development of their nervous system, reduce teething pain, help reduce jaw tension and support proper latching while strengthening the bond you have with your little one. It also is beneficial in reducing the onset and/or symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety for the care giver along with reducing stress hormones.
